A separate Spam folder, Spam / Not spam actions, sender and domain block or safe rules, and phishing warnings. Workspace admins choose Off, Normal or Strict filtering and automatic cleanup.
Files stay with the conversation
Send attachments, open incoming files and download them under their original names. Inbox search also finds attachment filenames, without claiming to read inside the files.
From email to Projects Library
Link your own Projects Library account and send an email, its HTML content and supported attachments to your personal Inbox at projectslibrary.com, ready to turn into a discussion or document.
Contacts, ready when you write
Search saved contacts as you enter a recipient. Save a new contact after a successful send, give them a name, and edit or remove contacts from the Contacts section.
Keep your inbox in order
Mark messages read or unread, mark a mailbox read, star conversations, close them and search your mail. Deleted messages stay hidden in CommsRadar instead of returning on the next sync.
A proper phone inbox
A dedicated mobile view with touch-friendly controls, swipe actions and bottom navigation. Install it on your home screen, read and reply on the move, or switch to the desktop console.
Invite-only team access
Separate workspaces with tenant isolation. Invite people as admins or non-admins, see invitation status, deactivate access and choose precisely which projects and mailboxes each person can open.

Workspace admins create mailbox accounts using configured domains and manage per-account email signatures with formatting and resizable logos. Platform admins manage workspaces, Hub connections and linked projects.
A few things worth knowing
How does CommsRadar connect to my email?
CommsRadar sends and receives email through your workspace's Interaction Hub connection. Mailbox addresses refresh from the Hub so address changes are reflected in the app. Gmail account linking and WhatsApp-style channels are not currently available.
When do new emails become searchable?
Emails are indexed automatically when they are added or updated in CommsRadar, not by a scheduled indexing job. Ask your inbox searches accessible, non-spam mail and uses cited email excerpts for answers. It can search attachment filenames but cannot read attachment contents.
Can everyone search all the team's email?
No. Each person can only open and search mailboxes they have permission to access. Joining a workspace is by invitation, and admins control project and account visibility.
What happens when I delete an email?
It is removed from CommsRadar and kept out of subsequent syncs. The original remains in the Interaction Hub. Automatic spam cleanup also removes mail from CommsRadar only.
How does Projects Library sharing work?
Each person links their own Projects Library account using a link code. They can send an email's HTML content and supported attachments to their personal Projects Library Inbox. Rejected attachments are reported rather than silently omitted.
